Family

Rev. Dr. Robert L. Rease is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida. He and Linda have been married for thirty-three years and have one daughter Colbi Elizabeth Rease Marks, Son-in-Law Robert Marks, Jr. and one grandson Preston Daniel Marks and one granddaughter Savannah Grace Marks.

Dr. Rease served as President of the Glades Area Branch of the NAACP. He is a member of the Regional Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Greater Palm Beach Area Chapter,Formal member of  the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center of Belle Glade,Vice-Chairman Lake Okeechobee Regional Economic (LORE)Alliance of Palm Beach County, Glades Youth Connection, The Civil Service Board of the City of Belle Glade and the Glades PATCH Board. He is also a Chaplain for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, a member of Leadership Glades Class of 2007 and the Glades Area Ministerial Association.

Pastor’s History With The Church

Dr. Rease was an Educator with the Valdosta and Chatham County School System. He held a position in Marketing and was an Assistant Manager in Consumer Service with Bell South Corporation. He served as Pastor of Zion Fair Missionary Baptist Church in Garden City, Georgia for twelve years and was a volunteer Chaplain with the Chatham County Detention Center in Savannah, Georgia and Georgia State Prison in Reidsville, Georgia. Dr. Rease was a Professor for Covington Theological Seminary, Savannah, Georgia Extension and Savannah Technical College, Savannah, Georgia.
